Our healthcare households—Conestoga, Lancaster, Oregon, Manheim, and Ephrata—provide 24- hour care and supervision under the guidance of a physician. Rooms are conveniently located near dining areas, activity spaces, living rooms, and rehabilitation services for easy access and comfort.
We offer:
Rehabilitation following surgery or illness Extended care for those needing ongoing assistance Personalized care plans developed collaboratively with residents, families,
and our interdisciplinary team (nursing, social services, pastoral care, life enrichment, dining services, and providers)
Residents benefit from on-site physical, speech, and occupational therapy as prescribed by their practitioner.
Daily fee includes:
Private room with private or shared bath Nursing care All meals Housekeeping, laundry, and general maintenance
Utilities, including cable TV and internet
Social services Pastoral care Social and recreational activities
Telephone service available at an additional charge.
DEMENTIA SUPPORT
Our specialized dementia care supports people living with dementia and other brain changes through individualized programming in a safe setting that still allows for freedom of movement. We focus on person-centered approach emphasizing empathy, assistance, and openness, ensuring that care partners prioritize the wellness, health, and happiness of each individual over their abilities or limitations.
Dementia support is provided across all levels of care, including Residential Living, Healthcare, and Personal Care households. For individuals who benefit from a lower- stimulation environment, enhanced support in Healthcare is available in Lancaster House, which includes 11 private rooms and two private rooms with a shared bath.
In Personal Care, enhanced support is available in Lititz House, offering all private rooms for individuals who need increased assistance or added safety supports.
