MT investment castings and 1800 MT sand castings. To cater the special superalloy


casting requirements for our global customer needs the group started INVAC CAST LTD, the state-of-the-art vacuum investment casting facility in 2012 at Vadodara Gujarat. To offer local support and one


stop solution to our European and US customers recently INTRICAST GROUP joined hands with SASB TECH LLP to form a Joint Venture. SASB TECH LLP brings to the table

covered below: 1. Air melting: For Valves, Pumps, Automobile and Orthopaedic Implants. Capacity to produce 400MT/month.


2. Vacuum Melting: For Aerospace, Orthopaedic Implants and Turbine wheels, waste gate assemblies and any other customer requirement


INVAC CAST Vacuum Casting capabilities at a glance: • In-house CMM, GOM, Radiography and NABL accredited lab for testing


• Semi-automated NDT (FPI) line with qualified team


• PLC controlled vacuum chamber from ALD Germany


• Local tooling & 3D printing support for rapid prototyping


• HIPPING support • Vacuum casting capacity of 20 MT per month for parts from 20 gm up to 1.5 Kg • CAPEX investment done


for producing parts up to 7 Kg parts by Jan 2021.


• Alloy cast: INCO 713 C, 718, 738 LC, MARM 246/7, INCO 738LC, GMR 235, U500, ASTM F75


• Quality certifications: IATF 16949, AS 9100 Rev D ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and in process to get ISO 13485, CQI 9 and NADCAP for NDT Line by Dec 20.
