They manufacture their ceramic cores in the following methods: injected, poured core and extruded processes. Their core bodies are designed to work with D/S S/C and equiax applications and are compatible with ferrous and non ferrous alloys. Core- Tech has developed a wax binder ceramic core system which offers shorter lead times, improved MOR strength, and reduced die wear. They also offer R&D support for special ceramic core projects.
