LMA Books We have published four books: The Loan Book (September 2011), Developing Loan Markets (September 2013), The Real Estate Loan Book (May 2015) and 20 Years in the Loan Market (November 2016). The Loan Book is available in soft copy and only available to LMA members, while Developing Loan Markets, The Real Estate Loan Book and 20 Years in the Loan Market are both free for members and £50 for non members. Loan Market Insight We provide a “Loan Market Insight” section on the homepage and the Real Estate Finance and Developing Markets Microsites, which features reports and analysis on different areas of the loan market. The content is provided by the following LMA members: Bloomberg, Dealogic, Fitch Ratings, Moody’s Investors Service and Thomson Reuters. Click the burgundy circles to click through the content. Under this section on the homepage, you will also find European secondary loan market volumes provided by Thomson Reuters LPC on a quarterly basis.


Settlement Statistics The LMA, in co-operation with the LMA Loan Operations Committee, has (since 2016) been collating par and distressed settlement times from major European trading banks which are published on this page.
