◗We work hard on supporting our agents, hosting training both in store or on fam trips and supporting them with events. Our most recent competition was to win a place on our beginners #superskifam to Solden in Austria, taking 30 beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers.
◗ The Academy from Inghams is our online training portal for agents. It enables agents to build on their knowledge of our Ski, Lakes & Mountains, Italy and Lapland programmes through video and interactive courses, broken into modules.
