Celestyal and Riviera Travel unveil Greek islands cruise-and-stay trip
Celestyal Cruises and Riviera Travel have teamed up for the first time to offer a 10-night Greek islands and Turkey cruise-and-stay itinerary, comprising a seven-night Celestyal Journey sailing with three nights in Athens. The cruise features tours of Kusadasi, Crete, Santorini and Mykonos, and visits to Thessaloniki and Milos. Prices start at £2,199 including flights and transfers.

Nicko Cruises adds Bellejour itineraries to 2024 programme
Nicko Cruises has added itineraries on board new vessel Bellejour to its 2024 brochure. The collection features 24
itineraries on seven European rivers, operated by 13 ships. Six Danube sailings include
the new Charms of the Danube itinerary. For the first time next year, all Danube cruises will include a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay in Passau. Also new are four Christmas
market itineraries on the Danube and Rhine, and two Christmas cruises on the Rhine. The three-night Advent on the Rhine sailing starts at £945. Michelle Daniels, commercial
director for Nicko Cruises’ UK general sales agent Light Blue Travel, said: “Our promotion to the UK market is starting to pay dividends and we are seeing particular growth in group bookings and charter enquiries.”

Michaela Strachan to join Fred Olsen sailing
Michaela Strachan will join a leg of Fred Olsen Cruise Lines’ Intrepid Beauty of Africa and the Indian Ocean cruise in January. The wildlife presenter, who was a guest speaker on two of the line’s cruises in August, will host talks and a Q&A session. Prices for the 93-night cruise, which departs Southampton on November 19, start at £9,999.

Celebrity expands in Caribbean with Port Canaveral departures

Celebrity Cruises has expanded its Caribbean programme for the 2024-25 season, offering more than 40 itineraries on four ships. For the first time, the line will sail out of Port
Canaveral in Orlando, operating 20 new itineraries between November 21, 2024, and April 19, 2025. Celebrity Equinox will offer round-trip itineraries
to destinations including Belize, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Saint Martin. Two of the cruises will call at parent company Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day at CocoCay private island in the Bahamas. A seven-night Key West, Puerto Plata & Labadee sailing costs from £542 based on a January 25, 2025, departure. Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Summit, which will
sail out of Fort Lauderdale, have each added five itineraries to their programmes. Between October 2024 and March 2025,
Celebrity Apex will offer sailings ranging from six
to seven nights calling at destinations such as San Juan, in Puerto Rico, Grand Cayman and Mexico. Certain sailings will also call at Perfect Day at CocoCay. Meanwhile, Celebrity Summit’s western and eastern
Caribbean itineraries, which will operate between February and April 2025, will range in duration from five to nine nights. A seven-night Western Caribbean cruise costs from £610 based on a March 29, 2025, departure. Additionally, Celebrity Constellation will sail 14 six
and seven-night sailings from Tampa, including four new cruises. The itineraries, which will operate between January and April 2025, will call at destinations such as Honduras, Key West and New Orleans. Celebrity Cruises president Laura Hodges Bethge
