applies foam seals directly to 


six-axis robot systems, combined with foam application technology, means that this service is suitable  to high volume production quantities. The equipment can adjust the hardness of the foam being applied, controlling the ratio of material to air to create the closed-cell bubble structure.  rates varies the bead width from 1.5mm to 20mm and above. There is also a heat curing option to


rapidly cure the material (at 80ºC) within two to eight minutes. The company also manufactures


1K foam application systems to apply 3D foam seals that can be incorporated within the customer’s production line. Once the equipment is manufactured and integrated, there is technical support from concept design to full production integration.
