Reporting to the Editorial Director, you will be responsible for acquiring a dynamic list of non-fiction titles. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future direction of our publishing programme, identifying the trends, conversations and thought leaders that will define the next wave of growth in the well-being space. You will have at least two to three years’ demonstrable experience commissioning profitable non-fiction.

Fluency in English and French is a must. The post holder will be required to speak business-level French approximately 75% of the time. This will be a temporary contract from June 2026 until December 2026 (with some flexibility around start and end dates).

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy editorial team, will have experience in fiction, and an interest in commercial fiction as well as an awareness of the market would be desirable.
