Instapak Quick® RT foam bags are an intelligent choice for small to mid-sized businesses seeking the superior cushioning power of Instapak Foam without a large up-front investment in high-tech installation equipment.
Instapak Quick® RT Foam is a professional, clean, lightweight packing material designed to cushion especially delicate products, or precision instruments during transit and storage. The foam bags create a fl exible, expanding foam system that is easy to use with no mess.
Designed to work at room temperature, the foam bags are supplied fl at, expanding to mould around the product being packaged.
Simply press the panel indicated and gently pat to activate foam expansion. Place the bag in the shipping or storage box and nestle the product into the foam cushion. The activated foam then moulds around the product, forming an exact cushioning fi t.

Foam Cushions in 3 Easy Steps
Instapak Quick® RT protective foam packaging can be activated right out of the box and requires no additional equipment.
1. Press
Press hard on the component ‘A’ oval to break the seal.
1. Pat Alternately ‘pat’ back and forth on the ‘A’ and ‘B’ ovals 15 to 20 times.
3. Pack
Nestle the product into the rising foam. Repeat the process as needed.
