Replacing the traditional conference stage, a new dedicated executive club will host facilitated roundtables, lunch & learn sessions and networking, creating opportunities for operators, developers and sector leaders to explore the issues shaping later living, exchange ideas and build meaningful professional connections. Show Birmingham, the event also provides valuable opportunities to discover new products, technologies and services, reconnect with colleagues and continue conversations beyond the conference sessions. As providers navigate an increasingly uncertain landscape, the ability to share ideas, learn from others and explore practical solutions has never been more valuable. There are few straightforward answers to
the challenges currently facing adult social care. The Casey Commission continues its work, financial pressures remain significant, workforce shortages persist and expectations around quality, technology and regulation continue to evolve. Rather than attempting to predict every outcome, this year’s programme has been designed to help providers respond with greater confidence, sharing practical experiences, honest discussion and real- world solutions from those already navigating the changes shaping the future of care.

Molly Benson is Senior Conference producer at CloserStill Media, working across its healthcare portfolio with a focus on Care Show Birmingham, Care Show London and The Pharmacy Show. She curates CPD-accredited conference programmes, bringing together care providers, policymakers, regulators and sector specialists to share practical insight and support better outcomes across adult social care.
