‘Closing the Gap with Advanced Clinical Practice’ will be a special session at the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) Congress in Birmingham on Wednesday 24 September. The BDIAP has co- organised this event with the IBMS to highlight the developments in advanced clinical practice in Belgium, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Republic of Ireland. The session will address training, compare the practice between the BDIAP member countries and focus on the impact of the technological advances in digital pathology, artificial intelligence and genomics.
