Perhaps most valuable is the opportunity to work with renowned researchers who combine their scientific expertise to tackle the implementation challenges. Clinical trials can demonstrate diagnostic test performance under controlled conditions. However, real- world settings prove more complex. Hospitals possess different layouts, workflows, staffing models, and patient populations, which make implementing solutions that performed well in clinical trials more daunting in real world environments. Through this partnership, feasibility challenges can be identified and addressed, real-world evidence of effectiveness can be generated, transmission dynamics across different settings can be examined, and health economic analyses that demonstrate true value can be conducted. The objective extends beyond proving rapid
