Injection moulding machine maker Stork Plastics Machinery is set to get a new owner as Hydratec Industries reaches an agreement with current owner Wadinko to take a 75% interest. Stork, which specialises in high-speed machines mainly for packaging, employs approximately150 people at its facilities in Hengelo, Netherlands and Meinerzhagen, Germany. The investment from
