Husqvarna to acquire Orbit Irrigation in USA


Husqvarna Group has agreed to acquire Orbit Irrigation, a major supplier of residential watering systems in North America, from Platinum Equity. The $480m agreement was made on a cash and debt-free basis and will be financed through existing cash and undrawn credit facilities.
