To demonstrate Kärcher’s evergreen creativity in product development, the company has recently launched its first ever robotic cleaning machine: KIRA B 50! A fully autonomous scrubber dryer, designed to tackle medium and large floor areas. The compact cleaning robot is efficient, easy to use, safe, flexible, and completely autonomous when required.
The KIRA B 50 scrubber dryer robot utilises a proven roller brush technique, with a pre-sweeping function and side brush to clean up to the walls. The design delivers consistently

outstanding results, even on textured or uneven floors, efficiently completing a time-consuming job and freeing up cleaners to manage more complex cleaning tasks.
To maximise KIRA B 50’s autonomy, the optional docking station allows the unit to re-fill its water tank, drain and rinse the wastewater and recharge its battery with no intervention. For Kärcher to be as efficient and effective as possible, each product must also have a long-lasting battery. Kärcher has upgraded is battery range to help maintain efficiency in use and developed a battery with a greater capacity to deliver a longer running time and enhanced productivity. This new and improved battery can be applied to many of the products in the facilities management space, including the Battery-Powered Dry Vacuum Cleaner T 9/1 Bp, Battery-Powered Handheld Vacuum Cleaner HV 1/1 Bp, Battery-Powered High-Pressure Cleaner HD 4/11 C Bp and the Battery-Powered Scrubber Dryer BR 30/1 C Bp. All of these products have been designed without cables to offer maximum freedom of movement that is available to use in an instant.
To maximise time and drive productivity, facilities managers can use innovative Kärcher Real Time Technology, meaning that the battery condition can be checked at any time during the product’s deployment. The integrated LC display shows how many minutes of work can be carried out with the current battery and, in case you need longer than the battery has left, you can power up a second battery in the charger and monitor the charging time to switch over efficiently as and when needed.
