This is why we aim to provide the highest possible standards of training with courses that cover the 15 standards of The Care Certificate, as well as additional specialist modules. Such modules include:

• Pressure Area Awareness (we value our client feedback and have, therefore recently introduced the pressure area awareness module.)

We don’t just give the basic training, we go above and beyond which puts us ahead of our competitors.
Our training centre at The Village Hotel, North Leeds, also provides trainees with free access to amenities, including a gym and swimming pool, throughout their training, as well as access to the onsite Starbucks coffee shop.
Ensuring that we offer our clients control in the recruitment process, we host client open days where clients have the opportunity to attend the hotel to experience the training in action and interview candidates face-to-face. If this isn’t feasible, we also provide the option of a Skype interview.

Aſter successfully being placed, we deal with arranging everything from travel through to sourcing accommodation for the candidates close to their new placement. We understand it can be hard for candidates to source their own accommodation when moving to a new location across the company. Therefore, we take the weight off their shoulders by having a specialist relocation team in-house that will source, negotiate and secure accommodation at their new placement on their behalf.
