t20 Tennant

Tennant’s T20 Industrial Rider Scrubber provides excellent cleaning in industrial environments with features designed to maximise productivity and provide high-performance results.

Tennant has now launched the next generation with a number of new innovations, including: Touch- n-Go™ steering-wheel-mounted control module with 1-Step™ start button, which allows operators quick access to all settings without removing hands from the steering wheel, and Available Pro- Panel™ technology – a revolutionary breakthrough in user experience.

Pro-Panel™ technology integrates multiple controls into an intuitive, high-visibility touchscreen interface. The Pro-ID™ feature allows team leaders and supervisors to programme the machine for multiple variables including the skill level of the operator, and to prevent unauthorised use of the equipment. Pro-Check™ offers pre-operation checklists and is downloadable to mobile devices, ensuring that no matter where your operators are they have access to the information. The programmable Zone Settings™ boost cleaning efficiency and instructional videos are on board and on demand. PerformanceView™ lets operators instantly see their cleaning path in real time. It also offers a backup camera with coloured guidelines for increased safety.

The T20 also new features Yellow touch points – these points are placed at various positions throughout the machine, providing a quick and easy method for identifying maintenance locations.

Previous features that remain unchanged include Tennant’s Ec-H2O™ technology – cleaning technology that converts water into an innovative cleaning solution through an electrical process. This solution is an effective cleaner that leaves less of a footprint on the environment, increases machine and worksite safety, and is very cost-effective. Along with MaxPro²™ hydraulic technology, which allows the brush drive motors to adapt to changes in floor surface by providing them with consistent power, resulting in a more consistent cleaning experience.

tAsKi intellibot 1650 Diversey Care

The TASKI Intellibot 1650 scrubber dryer from Diversey Care is the first fully-automated floor cleaner for commercial applications in the UK and Europe. The unique performance capabilities of this innovative robot can cut labour costs by up to 80% and water and chemical consumption by 85% to reduce the overall cost of cleaning.

Since its official UK launch in early 2016, the TASKI Intellibot has been successfully deployed in applications including education, retail, healthcare and manufacturing. In these and other settings the machine completes pre-programmed floorcare duties with minimal supervision. Operatives are liberated to focus on additional duties, maximising the utilisation of resources and increasing overall productivity. They can also undertake revenue-generating and value-added services to enhance total quality while reducing the overall cost of cleaning.

Advanced features include complete programming flexibility, remote management capability and performance metrics, and interconnectivity with the Internet of Clean, Diversey Care’s re-imagination of cleaning industry.

On-board IntelliTrak tracking and diagnostic systems provide a complete audit of machine operations and enable complete flexibility and remote control. Authorised engineers can diagnose and deal with many issues as well as re-programme the machine with no need for an on-site service call. Automated alerts for user-defined exception events enable rapid response and resolution to unexpected issues. The Ecosave function cuts water and chemical use by up to 85%, significantly reducing the environmental impact and associated utility costs.
