Poor weather drives up commodity prices

eather and crop con- ditions are continu- ing to drive day-to-


day movements in grain markets, says the Agriculture and Horti- culture Development Board. Stocks of grain held by ma- jor exporting countries are thin – although last month’s USDA report showed more potential for stocks to recover next sea- son than some analysts expect- ed, pushing prices lower. But AHDB analyst Helen
