Our Community Hall in Saughtonhall Avenue is a wonderful local resource. With indoor facilities and extensive green space, it is perfect for all ages and all kinds of activities.


Due to its age (around 100 years old), we are looking to improve and update some of our facilities, including access to the hall that will benefit all users. Currently the main access to the building is via our narrow kitchen and wheelchair access is via a rear fire exit. Creating a new main entrance will improve the experience and safety for all our hall users and will also allow us to make improvements to the kitchen area and also create an accessible toilet.


The Saughtonhall Community Association (SCA) is a volunteer-run organisation with a hall and extensive grounds used for the good of the local community. We aim to have something to interest everyone, and to foster a friendly community in this lovely part of West Edinburgh.
