ASCA’s Salary Survey Opens Next Month Data collection for ASCA’s 2021 Sal- ary & Benefits Survey is open June 1–30. This survey collects national, regional and state data on 20-plus ASC positions and allows you to benchmark your facility’s compensa- tion packages with those offered at similar ASCs. The survey is open to all ASCs and participation is free. Every facility that completes 40 percent or more of the survey will receive personalized reports for free. Reports are expected to be available in July. ASCs that do not participate in the survey can pur- chase reports, but ASCA encourages all ASCs to participate to increase the value of the data the survey provides. Learn more and sign up to partici- pate in the survey at ascassociation. org/salarysurvey.
