AS I SEE IT My last suggestion is to grow your

own. This is sometimes referred to as “organic” or “internal” growth and development. You would begin by assessing employee engagement. Is there an employee within the orga- nization who has the right attitude for the administrator position? Do you have anyone in the organiza- tion interested in taking the lead? If not, establish yourself with a profes- sional search agency. If you are for- tunate to have someone in mind, buy them a cup of coffee, begin the dis- cussion and see where it goes.
