The UK government announced a new fund in February that will help smaller businesses with changes to trade rules with the EU. Smaller businesses can now

Conditions, was first published in 2005. It was devised and written by the stalwart of our Legal and Insurance Policy Group, Derek O’Brien. Derek passed away a few years ago so recent editions have been edited by Kay Pysden of Pysdens Solicitors. BIFA Members can find the
