Our booklet, Know Your Trading

Conditions, was first published in 2005. It was devised and written by the stalwart of our Legal and Insurance Policy Group, Derek O’Brien. Derek passed away a few years ago so recent editions have been edited by Kay Pysden of Pysdens Solicitors. BIFA Members can find the

booklet in the STC section under the Membership tab at bifa.org However, whilst the booklet

contains a comprehensive explanation of the STC clauses, always remember we recommend that you take professional legal advice if appearing before a court.
