A mist system has been fitted to


simulate the rain forest, 70% of the area within the flight is indigenous forest. The entire flight has dedicated walkways


and is wheel chair friendly. It’s a safe haven where previously owned

pets and unwanted birds can be taken and will be safe within a protected environment. Feeding stations are located throughout the aviary providing a variety of seed and fresh fruit / vegetables. Interaction with the birds is not


encouraged; the aim is to give the birds an environment which is as natural as possible allowing them to live a natural life.
