FM3 from Sigma Freight Systems Ltd is a user friendly, feature rich, freight and logistics management solution. Job Management Intuitive on-screen data entry forms allow you to easily create your jobs for Air, Sea, Road or Courier whether import, export, or cross trade. A comprehensive suite of reports and industry documents can be generated from FM3 and external files/ documents such as associated emails and spreadsheets can be attached. This means you can manage all your shipments, standalone or consolidated, from collection to delivery, entirely within FM3. Invoicing and Costing FM3 has full invoicing capabilities from within the system and can generate printed or electronic invoices to your clients. Job costs are entered alongside revenue charges and can include cost accruals if necessary, giving you an instant view of profitability. For consolidations, costs may be apportioned across the consignments within the consol to give a view of individual consignment profitability. Charge and cost codes used within the system can easily be configured to match your Chart of Accounts. Messaging FM3 comes with a built in messaging system. It supports sending instant messages and emails, directly from the software. Great for those spread out across multiple offices. Messages can be automated too, triggered by events defined by you. Job Attachments FM3 supports attaching external files such as images, documents and emails directly to the job. Using the message system, you can then send these files directly by email, straight from FM3. Address Management Address management is at the heart of FM3. With the built in Address Book you can easily modify existing addresses and add new ones as you use them on your consignments. A huge amount of data can be stored against each address if you wish, including multiple contacts, company logos, files etc.. User Management and Security FM3’s User Management allows you to configure user login details exactly how you want and to determine what users can see and do on the system. You can also view statistics about each user and their activity within FM3. Warehouse Management Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) is dual purpose and is designed to satisfy the requirements of both Freight Forwarder Warehousing and Third Party Warehousing The Sigma WMS can be configured to satisfy either of the above specific requirements, or indeed a mixture of both situations. UK Customs Gateway FM3 provides direct links to Chief for NES entries from within FM3. We are working closely with a specialist partner to provide full Customs facilities from within the system, including import clearances.
