The Government’s Help to Buy scheme in England is changing on 1st April 


You can still buy a David Wilson home with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, plus borrow up to 20% towards the cost of your new home from the Government.


With these changes, the amount you can spend on your new home will depend on where in England you want to buy.
