The start of a New Year, have you made any resolutions for 2020? I haven’t! But I think the main thing I want to do next year is enjoy every moment. When things move so quickly, I can forget to live in the moment, so that’s something I want to get better at!
Are there any artists that you’re loving that you would tip for 2020? Jean Dawson, he’s from LA and has a very original sound.
Let's talk fashion! You attend some pretty amazing events, what's been your favourite red carpet or event look so far? The EMAs this year was pretty cool. I always find red carpets really intimidating, but at that specific one I felt so comfortable in myself. I guess I’m still growing up and getting used to it all, but I felt amazing that night.
Do you work with a stylist for events or do you get to do your own thing? What designers do you love? My mum’s always encouraged me to have my own style. I work with a stylist now who I really feel gets me and my vision. It’s cool to collaborate with other creatives, it’s exciting. There’s a young designer called ‘Rose Danford-Phillips’, I’ve been wearing a few of her pieces recently and I’m OBSESSED!

What will we catch you doing when you're not writing and performing? I love spending time with my friends. My friends have always been like my family. Growing up with just one side of my family meant I built my own, so hanging out with all of them is probably my favourite thing to do!
Your headline tour in March, what can people expect? Emotional bangers! I’ve been in the studio for the past few months, so we’ll be playing some new songs! Performing is one of my favourite things to do, it’s the one place I really feel like I can connect with people. I can’t wait!!
Aside from your headline tour in March, what does 2020 hold? I’m so excited for 2020. There’s so much new music coming and I’m so excited to travel more and meet lots of new people. Hopefully next year will be bigger and better, although this year’s been pretty amazing!
