The Aviary has room for more songbirds!

THE Aviary Choir is a small women’s chamber choir in the Alde Valley area. Formed in 2017, we are now looking to take on a few more members. If you like singing and know something

about reading

music, why not give us a call and come along and have a go. We are a very friendly group and we like to spend time working together to get a good result. We sing at a charity concert at St Mary’s Farnham, each year, which

raises funds for the church and local charities. We choose widely varying styles of music to work on, from different periods in time. Music we have performed to date includes Madrigals by Thomas Morley and Michael East, Fly Singing Bird, Op 6 no 2 by Edward Elgar, The Aviary by Richard Rodney Bennett and William Blake’s Jazz Songs of Innocence by Bob Chilcott. Interested? Call Viviane on 01728 602679.
