Asa Hutchinson. Te Governor commended Hot Spring County for developing a “successful” 10- year strategic plan that mirrors and sup- plements the state’s strategic plan in its focus on education, job creation, and the expansion of internet service. Going forward, Community Action
Teams and Steering Committees will meet regularly to work on implementing the communities’ initiatives.
