FAVORITE AIRHEAD PRODUCT? Big Mable. It’s an awesome tube to ride and also works perfectly for filming other action watersports from because of how stable it is.

WHY ARE YOU SO PASSIONATE ABOUT PHOTO AND VIDEO?

MEET AIRHEAD AMBASSADOR

HAYDEN SMITH

It all started from going to the lake when I was growing up. I had a passion for watersports, and I always wanted to capture lifelong memories with friends. I love being able to show people the

world from my own perspective through my work.

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF: I am a 23-year-old photographer and videographer from Kansas City, Missouri specializing in action sports, lifestyle, and music.

BIGGEST CHALLENGE OF WORKING IN THE ELEMENTS?

When it comes to working in the elements, it always helps to have less wind. Anything

over 15 mph wind velocity can be pretty tricky when flying a drone. It also can be challenging when you are trying to get a steady shot while the current is pushing you all over the place.

Temperature of the water is always a factor too, no one likes being in 50 degree water – especially sitting in it for an hour while filming. Another note, don’t go your whole first day under the Bahamian sun with no sunscreen on. Doesn’t matter how tan you are, you will regret it...
