TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICES
All items in catalogue are priced individually unless stated. If you wish to place an order, or
request a quotation, please contact us by fax, e-mail, post or alternatively, you can call us and we will be happy to deal with any query you may have. If placing a large order, please do not hesitate in requesting a quotation, as discounts may apply. Prices are subject to change. Prices inclusive of VAT @ 23%, except for books, which are VAT exempt. Prices subject to change in exceptional circumstances.
DELIVERY
As our store is based in Galway City, it allows us to offer the quickest delivery service available within the Republic of Ireland. The average delivery time is 3-4 working days (September 3-5
working days), and even sooner, where possible on request. Small urgent orders placed before 12 noon, can be delivered in 24 hours, with the exception of the month of September.
DELIVERY CHARGES The carriage charge is based on the number of parcels.
Carriage Free for a single parcel: Orders to the value of €75 and consisting of one parcel are carriage free. A charge of €5.95 applies to each additional parcel.
Carriage Free for multiple parcels: For each additional €75 spent, a further parcel is delivered free of charge e.g. If you spend €150 and have 2 parcels there is no carriage charge. All orders over €350.00 are carriage free, regardless of the number of parcels.
BACK ORDER
Items temporarily out of stock (stated on delivery docket) are usually delivered within a further 3-12 working days. Exception: supplier / manufacturer is out of stock or a book is out of print. If customers would still wish to receive the item then they can contact us and we will notify them when the item arrives back into stock. All back-orders are delivered free of carriage.
CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel an order that has yet to be dispatched please contact us at
info@cregalart.ie. We will then refund the total value of the order to your card or cancel the invoice. Please note orders are often delivered in less than 3-4 working days and sometimes we deliver goods next day. If your order has been dispatched, you will no longer be able to cancel.
