Art), BBC Introducing's Richard Haugh, singers Peter Hepworth and Laura Wyatt and award winning acts from New Zealand and Scotland, will be amongst the performers at a new arts festival in Woodbridge, Suffolk.


There will be a literary zone featuring local writers, activities for adults and children in the Eco Zone, a Forest School sponsored by Woodbridge Glamping and Kids' Yoga from Happy Yellow Creative Club. Other sponsors include New


There will be bars and a Food Zone showcasing the areas excellent local food providers. Woodbridge Festival of Art and Music aims to use sustainable suppliers and avoid the use of plastic.


Festival co-organiser Richard Litchfield says: "We'd like this to be the first of many community driven events that make use of local talent and resources and at the same time bring renowned acts and artists to the area.”


Ben Osborne, DJ and festival curator says: “The festival is bringing internationally recognised acts into Woodbridge to perform alongside regional talent. We will also showcase unusual artists, such as Dudley Benson, who addresses identity and sexuality and sings in te reo Māori (Maori).
