With Additional Sizes As a company committed to ongoing product development Reich Kupplungen have now further enhanced their ELBO series of flexible pin couplings and added extra sizes. The already successful ELBO series provides a modular pin coupling with nominal torques of 140 kNm to 1,300 kNm. ELBO is designed specifically for applications with high torque requirements and maximum operating safety.
Also, in keeping with the company’s principle of “D2C Designed to Customer”, the modular design enables simple and cost-effective adaptation of the standard catalogue coupling for special customer-specific solutions.
The coupling is designed as a shaft-hub connection with a key connection as standard. Reich can also design other connection types if necessary, such as shrink disc connections.
The ELBO series pin couplings offer users a number of advantages including: • Compensation of axial, radial and angular offsets;
• Low axial restoring forces with slide bearing;
• Fail-safe; • Maintenance-free.
