his is my second article in the Property Mail, and I wanted to discuss the fact that the holiday
high season has really started. A lot of purchasers come at this time of year to look for their dream home. But what do they exactly need to know? Well of course its very important to have a great agent who understands your needs and with good local knowledge. You also need a lawyer before you start to look for a home to guide you through the buying process. Tis is imperative and will make everything happen a lot more quickly and smoothly. My philosophy about this is very simple. It’s to give the clients the highest level of professional service and at the right price. I work hard to give the best service for a good price so I can make more deals with my clients in the future. I have some great opportunities around Puerto Banus area for sale for people who don’t want to leave their money in the bank and want to create a good rental income.

Also what is really important for me is the aſter service aſter the sale has completed. We sit down with artichects, we help with furniture packages and design, a full concierge service also. Everything to help with a new life in Spain, whether that is full time or just for holidays.
Marbella offers a lot in terms of lifestyle with the beautiful coastline, stunning mountain backdrop, designer shopping, some of the best golf courses and plenty of outdoor living and entertainment. But I am very excited to talk about a new project we are working on for the many nationalities who come here to retire. A big issue for our older generation is loneliness. Tey would like to have that extra service in their home, with someone bringing them that cup of coffee in the morning and a hello how you doing today. Maybe they would like to have some activities within their environment and a coffee shop /restaurant??? We are currently working towards building 75/80 luxury high end apartments specifically for retirement. Te complex will include a 24 hour health care package and it will be completely wheelchair friendly. Tere will be a indoor pool, spa and gym with physio. Our older generation are important and we want their families to know they will be secure and well looked aſter in their retirement in beautiful sunny Marbella.
