Cars Sales opened their own workshop on site. Initially this was simply to prepare the vehicles


the workshop soon expanded when


incoming


for sale. However, work

demand increased. Ten years on and this side of the business continues to go from strength to strength and there are now five vehicle technicians on site looking after the sales stock as well as customer vehicles. This side of the business is rapidly changing with new technology


such as electric


and hybrid vehicles becoming more common place. To that end, one of the technicians


has just attended a hybrid training course and the team are


continually investing in


new equipment such the latest air-conditioning


technology


which enables them to work on all modern vehicles. The workshop sees a great amount of repeat business from clients who have bought their vehicle from Victory and bring it back year after year for the annual service and MOT. Of course, no matter what sort of vehicle you may have – be it a classic British roadster

or an ultra-modern electric car – you will always need rubber on the road. Victory keep a good range of tyres in stock and have multiple deliveries each day so if what you want is not in stock, they can have it in the same day. Again, as with the rest of the workshop, the team use the latest tyre fitting equipment including four- wheel laser alignment. To keep you on the road when your car or van is the workshop Victory have two courtesy cars and one courtesy van. To complete the main dealer package there is also a body shop on site which is rented and run by a third party. You don’t run a business for 20 years without keeping an


eye on the future and looking at


new opportunities. This


year Andy and Jenny set up a sister company called Victory Vehicle Leasing Ltd. This new business offers new and nearly new lease and contract hire vehicles


for business users.
