We are already in May and savouring not one, but two Bank Holidays. A welcome interlude from work, I plan on spending mine wisely…whatever the weather! It might well include cars of some sort as the cosmic forces keep drawing me to fast machines, from testing out the fabulous new FPace SVR around the winding roads of the South of France, with an overnight in St Tropez, to chatting with the CEO of Lamborghini for Europe, life has indeed been at a pace...

Whilst the issue of Brexit remains unresolved, I think we all need a welcome distraction from the humdrum of politics and that comes this month in the form of Lighthouse Family, who are returning with a new album and tour, a breath of fresh air! 'Lifted', 'High' and 'Ocean Drive' are timeless tracks that sound as good today as the year they were released! Their new album is said to give us that feel good factor too, read their interview in this issue.
I also chatted with the CEO of Lamborghini's EMEA region, Andrea Baldi who was in town for the relaunch of the Lamborghini Birmingham showroom. We talked about the future of the brand and product direction in addition to the customer journey, an important part of Lamborghini ownership, so much so they have a department dedicated to it. We also put the Urus through its paces.

It's so good to see hard work paying off, so I must extend massive congratulations to Susanna Richardson, the incredible wedding and event organiser behind Everything Organised! She's responsible for some very high profile celebrity weddings around the world and now harnessed that experience and advice in a fabulous book which launches this month - The Honest Planner! In her own words, it contains 'advice which is sweary, cheeky and bluntly honest'.
