Hello and a very warm welcome to this March edition of Primary Times! We hope the brief glimpse of sunny weather has made everyone feel ready for the new season ahead. With that in mind, we’ve put together an issue that’s full of brilliant things to do in the open air – take a look, take your pick and get ready for a cracking good school holiday!

Easter has got to be one of our favourite celebrations – long weekends, chocolate to eat, treasure hunts to navigate and plenty of fun to be had! Our local area is bursting with some of the best places to play and we’ve included masses of cheery ideas on page 10 to keep everyone occupied.

For kids that love to be on-the-go, we’ve also included a guide to the best holiday activities on page 16 – you’ll find lots of different sporty options available so there’s bound to be something that fits the bill.

Finally, take a look at the diary pages which are full of suggestions on how to plan your free time, plus enter our competition to win a family ticket to Geronimo Fest.

Our next issue will be out before the May Half Term, with plenty of news and inspiration for summer. In the meantime, indulge in all the season’s delights and enjoy a fun-packed break this Easter!
