Staffordshire developer Walton Homes has started construction work on three luxury homes in Stapenhill, near Burton-upon-Trent.
Following consultation with potential buyers to ascertain the most desirable locations across the county, work is now underway at the site, accessed from the private Tower Road, and is expected to be completed this summer.
Each of the five-bedroom properties at The Meadows will be individually designed and completed to the to the highest specification, including Rangemaster appliances, Porcelanosa tiles and Earthstone worktops and a range of options and extras available.
