OUR PROCESS Fabrication
Pearl Energy Group operates a modular fabrication shop out of Lubbock, Texas, with a large network of vendors and suppliers. We are able to procure the parts needed to build, weld, and assemble our products.
• Running fully up to code (compliant with B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, and B31.1 amongst other ASME standards.), and operating to the highest standards of safety with maximum ef ciency.
• In shop we assemble the modular components to support production facilities & compressor stations.

• Our “plug and play” concept and products are manufactured in our offsite location. • These components are built in truckable sizes to save costs on transportation. • Manufacturing and building our top of the line products in a controlled environment eliminates external threats, such as weather, that pose to slow down our schedule. • Once our products are nished and effortlessly delivered, we enter the implementation phase.
