LAPPING MACHINE Lapping machines are polishing machines that are specialised in finishing flat or contoured surfaces.


These specially formulated lapping machines are produced to the finest quality. Tapered Spindle design operat- ing at a 45 degree angle which is adjustable to suit your needs to provide optimum visibility and accessibility. Manufactured for both angular and flat surfaces producing outstanding results! Constructed from sheet metal, lapping involves the process of friction between two different surfaces which rub against one another with an abrasive in between, resulting in microscopic fractures. Very similar to our polishing machines, they are used for creating highly polished finishing.
