Experience and Expertise


Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of private and institutional clients. I have concentrated on property asset management of both commercial and residential properties and, in this role, have been heavily involved with Landlord & Tenant work including advising clients generally and dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals. As part of my asset management activities I have undertaken valuations and identified properties for disposal as well as acquisition opportunities and redevelopment / refurbishment. My property management experience has seen me manage a wide range of properties from shopping centres, exclusive residential developments, flagship HQ buildings and multi occupied, multi-use sites in London and the South East.


Since joining Kempton Carr Croft I have concentrated on valuation work of both residential and commercial properties for probate purposes, Leasehold Enfranchisement valuations and Landlord & Tenant work although I continue to manage a small portfolio of commercial properties.
