Extending God’s Love To Neighbors In Need: USA Projects

I love this time of year. The air is cool and crisp, leaves blaze in bright hues of fall, and there are delicious aromas in the air. But I particularly appreciate the chance to reflect on God’s goodness during the holidays. It allows me to refocus on an “attitude of gratitude,” and I am humbled by years of faithfulness and favor that the Lord has given. It’s something I want to pass on so others can share in the blessing freely given by the Father.


THERE ARE SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO SHARE GOD’S LOVE AND BLESSING WITH PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES. It’s a beautiful time of year to honor the Lord by extending compassion and loving neighbors in great need who are precious in God’s sight.


WME’s annual Christmas program supplies meals to poor families who find it difficult to put food on the table and provides toys to children who would otherwise have little to nothing at Christmas. Thanks to the generosity of WME supporters like you, we are able to make their Christmas special. Currently, we need to purchase food and other items like toys, dolls, games, books, crayons, coloring books, sports equipment, watches, clothing, coats, shoes, children’s Bibles, and Christian DVDs.


Will you help us restore the faith of those who believe no one cares about them?


Food For Hunger USA programs provide boxes and baskets of needed items for poor families.


Did you know thatWME has operated food pantries in West Virginia and South Texas for decades that supply year-round help to those in need? These missions are part of WME’s Food For Hunger Program in the USA. For many, our food pantries are their last option. Requests for assistance are on the rise because there are decreasing resources in those areas available to help. That makes WME’s outreach more critical than ever!


WME is also working with women’s shelters caring for individual women as well as single mothers with young families.Women in these programs have deep emotional, physical and spiritual wounds and need deliverance from their pasts. These shelters provide free housing to women starting over. They need basic kitchen appliances like refrigerators ($525 each),
