Olsen service with a range of mouthwatering menus, all planned to the finest detail. The award-winning cuisine is a real treat to look forward to, whether you’re fuelling up for the day ahead with a hearty breakfast, indulging in a five-course à la carte dinner, or raiding the late-night buffet! With Scotland close to the heart of the Olsen family, Balmoral is, of course, named after the Scottish residence of the British Royal Family, and the Scottish influence runs throughout the main restaurants too: Ballindalloch, Avon and Spey.

Adding an extra special touch, The Grill offers a tantalising menu of wonderfully succulent steaks and fresh seafood in stylish surroundings, while the new al fresco Poolside restaurant blends the relaxing sounds of the ocean with lovely views and speciality cuisine. Dining at these restaurants is available for a small supplement, though spaces are limited, so dinner must be booked on board in advance.

All menus include vegetarian dishes and a range of healthier alternatives too. Should you have any special dietary requests, simply let us know at the time of booking. We’ll do our utmost to make sure your needs are met wherever we can.
