BW Papersystems acquires K&H Machinery in China

S-based BW Papersystems, which supplies equipment to the global paper
industry, has acquired China’s Dongguan K&H Machinery Co. K&H manufactures complete machines to create corrugated sheets with some of its well- known products including its N.C. Slitter Scorer and Positive Pressure Singlefacer. With operations in Dongguan, China, and Taiwan, K&H has sold products in Asia, Central and South America, and Europe for the past 30 years. “We have partnered with
