• We require a completed credit application to process all orders.
• Upon receipt of the application, all references will be contacted with the intent of establishing an open account.

• Accounts that are past due will be assessed a 1.8% per month service charge (21.6% on an annual basis) until account is current.
Shipping:
• Actual shipping and handling charges will be billed on each shipment.
• Your credit card will not be charged until your items are shipped.
• Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders placed by 5:00 PM EST will ship the same day.
• All shipments will be sent F.O.B. Lewisburg, TN.
• A drop ship charge of $3.75 per shipment will apply to all orders shipped directly to your customers.
