Qatar Airways Cargo opens Pittsburgh market


Big news for Pittsburgh. Qatar Airways Cargo recently announced Pittsburgh as its latest freighter destination in the US, effective Oct. 11, 2017, making it the first international airline to commence freighter service to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh will be Qatar Airways

Alaska Air Cargo introduces world’s first converted 737-700 freighter


Alaska Air Cargo began a new chapter in its business on September 26 by introducing the world’s first converted B737-700 cargo aircraft. The aircraft was converted from an all-passenger to an all-freight aircraft. The aircraft’s first route was to carry goods from Seattle to Alaska. “This one-of-a-kind aircraft


marks the beginning of a new era at Alaska Airlines,”
