Designed for plants that develop a deep strong root, Torpedo pots offer a tray system for handling plants, whilst also being able to remove individual cells when needed. With a very strong construction, the pots will last for many years. With grooves to guide the roots downwards, and legs to hold the drainage hole clear of the ground, Torpedo pots offer superb air-pruning benefits, creating a very healthy, strong root system.

The main root grows straight down the


grooved cell towards the large drainage opening at the bottom.


The root makes contact with the air and dies off


The plant then compensates by producing new root growth, with no root balls.
