The Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway is preparing for take-off in Pocklington with sales at its brand newWellington Grange development now just a matter of weeks away.

Named in honour of the Wellington bombers that flew raids from Bomber Command at nearby, RAF Pocklington, duringWorldWar II, Wellington Grange is a development of three, four and five bedroom homes being built on the outskirts of the thriving market town.

General sales of the 161 phase 1 homes at the site are expected to commence in late September, but for those

interested in getting in ahead of the expected opening weekend crowds, Bellway is inviting potential buyers to register their interest now meaning they'll be on the VIP list when pre-sales prices and events are announced.

Debbie Foster, Bellway Yorkshire's sales manager, said: “Interest in our new developments is always high, but here in Pocklington it has been absolutely incredible.”

“From the moment the coming soon signs went up on site the calls started coming in and you only need to take a look at the development plan and its location to understand why. Pocklington is perfectly
