WHAT’S NEW A NEW MILESTONE IN WIRE ROPE FABRICATION FIELD: WIROP WP-6000 SWAGING MACHINE
WIROP INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD (WIROP) was established in 1979 and was the first company to manufacture the swaging machine in Taiwan. We’ve been supplying wide range of machines, wire rope fabrication equipment and accessories to more than one thousand clients in more than 80 countries.
In 2016, considering the market needs of wire ropes in the biggest sizes as well as bridge cables production, NAKAMURA INDUSTRY CO., LTD. in Kobe, Japan, placed an order for a swaging machine with the biggest capacity (WP-6000 with 6000 metric tons). In the process of developing a unique and customized swaging machine, WIROP team had numerous discussions with the buyer, President Mr. Tetsuya Nakamura. Key considerations for the buyer include convenience of usage, operation height, factory building plans, wire rope fabrication needs, and more.
When the machine was commissioned in May 2017, the pressure capacity of WIROP WP-6000, has incredibly reached 6,112 Metric Tons (6,737 US Tons). On the buyer’s grand opening ceremony in Kobe, Japan, the clients were amazed by the machine’s capacity and quality.

WHAT’S NEW PEERLESS INDUSTRIAL GROUP, INC. INTRODUCES MODEL ATSB ADJUSTABLE TELESCOPIC SPREADER BEAM
HPeerless Industrial Group, Inc. introduces their ATSB, Adjustable Telescopic Spreader Beam ideal for outdoor construction applications. The ATSB is available from 2 Ton thru 40 Ton capacities with outside spreads that adjust from a minimum of 4 to 6 feet to a maximum of 12 to 20 feet.
The ATSB Adjustable Telescopic Spreader Beam features a telescopic design, is ideal for accommodating various load sizes, and can be utilized where headroom is not limited. This style of spreader beam is utilized with upper rigging spread between two lift points that adds extra stability to the lift. Additional features include: a pair of swivel hooks, and can be ordered in an upper and lower shackle design or with optional chain top rigging.
The ATSB is engineered and manufactured to ASME B30.20 & BTH-1 Design Category B Service Class 2 and has a specified fatigue life of 100,001 to 500,000 load cycles.
