Bellway Yorkshire has announced that its Elloughton development, Centurion Fields has entered the final sales straight, with 85 per cent of all homes now sold and over 50 per cent already occupied.

Melanie Smith, Bellway Yorkshire's sales manager, said: “While we'd like to heap all the praise for this success on the quality of our build; and the fantastic job being done by our sales advisor, Sarah; we can't not mention the City of Culture impact on sales, which has been significant in drawing visitors to the area.”

“Hull and its surrounds are getting better and wider press now than they have at any stage in recent memory, and this has undoubtedly led to sales being made that we otherwise wouldn't have secured whether it be first time buyers choosing to stay in the area rather than move away, or those opting to move into the area to take advantage of its enormous potential.”

Bellway's Centurion Fields development is located onWelton Low Road in Elloughton, and comprises 151 three and four bedroom homes and an exclusive selection of one bedroom apartments and two bedroom semi-detached properties. It has proved consistently popular with buyers since its launch in late 2015,

and has been one of the company's best-selling developments in 2017.

Amongst the final phase of homes that were launched in early Spring are a number of stunning four-bedroom Buckdens. Available from just £224,996, these fabulous family homes feature an open plan kitchen/dining room, and a separate living room complete with French doors, on the ground floor; two double bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom with the rear bedroom being serviced by an en-suite shower room on the first floor; and two separate bedrooms with a shared shower room on the second floor.

“These are great homes, on a great site, close to a city that is fast being seen by those outside it as one of the great British cities,” added Melanie. “As such, I'm certain the sold out signs will be appearing on-site very, very soon.”
