FOREWORD

Spring is such a wonderful season, symbolising new life, new beginnings, growth…and as a baseline, the start of better weather! It has also long been a trigger for new projects around the home, from a good spring clean through to starting those projects that bad weather had given you ‘permission’ to put off, such as extensions, renovations, redecorating or moving!

With spring invigorating the senses and with an eye on luxury, this issue is packed full of inspiration across the whole lifestyle spectrum. We take the Audi R8 Spyder for a spin (and didn’t want to hand back the keys) and get up close to the ultimate drop-top, the stunning Rolls Royce Dawn convertible.

I was lucky enough to have a private tour of the royal gardens of Highgrove with Daniel Galvin Jr last year and I highly recommend a visit. It’s easy to see how the gardens have inspired a stunning collection of products, including fragrances for the home. Staying with the theme of all things fragrant, there’s something for gin lovers in this issue too…

One of my celebrity favourites, the gorgeous Hugh Jackman talks to us about his final performance as Wolverine; I could share a funny story about an encounter I had with Hugh Jackman, but that’s one best shared over a glass of wine…

If you are inspired to make changes to your home, two leading names in the world of interior design, Kelly Hoppen and Anne Grace Davidson offer their coveted advice and if you’re thinking of moving, Fine & Country have a beautiful property in Droitwich for sale at offers over £6,850,000…one can dream…

We also bring you re-refurbishment news from one well-known jeweller and the run down on a company with over 6,000 pieces of furniture at trade prices for industry professionals such as interior designers and retail outlets.

From master carpenter and bespoke furniture to designer kitchens, this issue has been enlightening and so much fun to put together – the team and I hope you enjoy reading it. Enjoy spring and all the new life it breathes into your own life…

Much love Katie & Team xx
